潍坊市肾移植患者依从性调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨肾移植术后患者的依从性及其影响因素，为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法2015年10月—2016年3月采用整群抽样法，选取山东省潍坊市某三甲医院复诊的183例肾移植（术后〉3个月）的患者为研究对象，采用肾移植患者依从性问卷对患者依从性进行调查，采用单因素分析比较不同一般资料肾移植患者依从性的差异，采用多元线性逐步回归分析探讨依从性的主要影响因素。结果183例肾移植患者依从性总分为（70.15±12.15）分，得分最高的维度是服药依从性为（3.96±0.13）分，得分最低的维度是自我监测依从性为（1.83±0.70）分。多元线性逐步回归分析显示，影响肾移植患者依从性的主要因素为移植时间、家庭人均月收入、文化程度及性别（P〈0.05）。结论潍坊市肾移植患者依从性尚可，但仍需提高，医护人员应针对影响肾移植术后患者依从性的因素，采取相应的措施来提高其依从性。Objective To explore the compliance of patients after renal transplantation and its influencing factors, and provide references for the development of targeted interventions. Methods From October 2015 to March 2016, cluster sampling method was used to select research object. 183 return visit patients with renal transplantation and whose postoperative time was more than 3 months in a tertiary hospital of Weifang city were selected as the research object and investigated by renal transplant patients compliance questionnaire, then the differences among patients with different general information were analyzed by single factor analysis, and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the main influencing factors of compliance.Results The total score of compliance in 183 renal transplant patients was （70.15± 12.15）; the dimension with highest score was medication compliance and it was （3.96±0.13）; and the dimension with lowest score was self-monitoring compliance and it was （ 1. 83 ± 0. 70 ） . Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that： the main influencing factors of compliance were transplantation time, monthly income of per person in family, education level and gender （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The compliance of renal transplantation in Weifang city is fair, but it still needs to be improved, and medical staff should take corresponding measures to improve the compliance of patients aimed at influencing factors of compliance in renal transplant patients.
