106例脾胃气虚型胃脘痛患者的辨证施护

摘　　要：目的探讨脾胃气虚型胃脘痛患者的辨证施护效果。方法通过对106例脾胃气虚型胃脘痛患者以健脾益气,行气和胃为辨证施护原则,进行饮食护理、情志护理以及中药熨烫、耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷、穴位按摩等中医特色护理,观察护理效果。结果临床痊愈及显效70例,有效29例,无效7例。结论中医辨证施护对脾胃气虚型胃脘痛临床护理效果肯定。Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patient with stomachache of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi. Method 106 cases patients with stomachache deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi were given nursing based on syndrome differentiation according to invigorating spleen and supplementing qi,regulating qi and calming the stomach combined with some specific traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods,like diet nursing,emotional nursing,traditional Chinese medicine ironing,auricular points plaster therapy,acupoint application and acupoint massage. Result 70 cases were cured or effectively improved,29 cases were effective,and 7 cases were invalid. Conclusion The TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patient with stomachache of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi obtained definite effect.
