摘 要:髌股关节软骨损伤是由创伤与非创伤因素引起的髌骨、股骨滑车软骨或骨软骨的不同程度的损害与退变,不同的损伤类型存在各自的临床特点与放射学表现以及炎性指标的异常升高。髌股关节软骨损伤后严重影响膝关节功能,需根据损伤部位与类型、损伤面积与深度采取不同方法进行修复;保守治疗适用于软骨面无明显缺损者,手术治疗用于软骨缺损较大者,直径<2 cm的缺损可采取微骨折术,直径≥2 cm的缺损可选择软骨移植等。Patellofemoral joint cartilage injuries include varying degrees of chondral or osteochondral regression and lesion in patellas and femoral troehleas caused by traumatic or non-traumatic factors. Different lesions have different clinical and radiological characteristic and induce abnormal increase of inflammatory factors. The knee function reduces after patel- lofemoral joint cartilage injuries, which needs to be repaired according to the location, type, area, and depth. Conservative treatments are suitable for the lesion without cartilage defects while surgical treatments are used for cartilage defects. Micro-fracture is used for the defects less than 2 cm while osteochondral transplantation is suitable for the defects above 2 cm in diameter.
