细菌性阴道病四联快速检测法在细菌性阴道病诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨细菌性阴道病(BV)四联快速检测法在BV诊断中的价值。方法选择2013年7月至2015年7月因阴道分泌物增多或伴有异味来抚顺市中心医院就诊的已婚女性537例作为研究对象,分别采用Amsel法、Nugent评分法、四联快速检测法和新柏液基细胞学检测(TCT)法进行检测,以Amsel法作为金标准,评价各种检测方法对BV的诊断价值。结果以Amsel法作为金标准,四联快速检测法的灵敏度为96.5%(166/172),特异度为94.2%(344/365),准确度为95.0%(510/537),四联快速检测法的灵敏度、准确度均高于Nugent评分法和TCT法;四联快速检测法阳性预测值88.8%(166/187)、阴性预测值98.3%(344/350)最高。结论四联快速检测法对BV的检测特异度、准确度较高,其操作简单,对BV的早期诊断具有重要的参考价值。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of rapid bacterial vaginosis （BV） quadruple -test. Methods From Jul. 2013 to Jul. 2015,537 cases of married women with vaginal secretions increase or with peculiar smell in Fushun Central Hospital were included in the study. The Amsel, Nugent score method, quadruple rapid test and thinprepcytotogic Test （TCT） method were adopted for test, with Amsel method as the gold standard, to evaluate the diagnostic value of various detection methods of BV. Results With Amsel as the gold standard, the sensitivity of quadruple rapid test was 96. 5% （ 166/172）, the specificity was 94. 2% （344/365）, the accuracy was 95.0% （510/537）, detection sensitivity and accuracy quadruple rapid test quadruple were higher than Nugent scores and TCT method;the positive predictive value of quadruple rapid test was 88. 8% （166/187）, and the negative predictive value was 98. 3% （344/350）. Conclusion BV quadruple rapid test is featured with high specificity, accuracy and simple operation, thus has important reference value for the early diagnosis of BV.
