摘  要:采用80 kg真空自耗电极凝壳炉熔炼浇注Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金试样,研究了920℃/130 MPa/3 h和1 160℃/130 MPa/3 h热等静压工艺对合金组织性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用稍高于共析温度的热等静压温度1 160℃可以很好地消除铸态缩孔、缩松等缺陷,获得均匀细小的近γ组织。热等静压处理后合金的抗拉强度降低,塑性略有提高。The test specimens of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy were prepared by 80 kg vacuum consumable electrode arc remelt furnace. Then the effects of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) under 920 ℃/130 MPa/3 h and 1 160 ℃/ 130 MPa/3 h on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results indicate that HIP at 1 160 ℃ which is slightly higher than the eutectoid temperature of the alloy can effectively eliminate the shrinkage, porosity and other casting defects, and the fine near gamma microstructures appear at the same time. After the treatment of HIP the tensile strength of the alloy decreased while the ductility increased slightly.
