摘 要:采用数值模拟的方法,研究了不同开孔挡墙的控流装置对五流T型中间包内钢液流场、温度场和夹杂物去除率的影响。结果表明:五流T型中间包添加控流装置之后,明显改善了中间包内的流场和温度场,且包内的死区范围减少,促进了钢液成分的均匀;中间包加开孔挡墙且孔向上倾斜45°,30μm的夹杂物去除率提高了11.5%,50μm的夹杂物去除率提高了9.1%,70μm的夹杂物去除率提高了5.8%,提高了钢液的质量。The influence of different tapping weir flow control device on five-strand T type tundish flow field, temperature field and inclusion removal rate were studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the flow control device improved the flow field and temperature field in the tundish obviously, the dead zone range was reduced, and promoted the homogeneous of liquid steel; the tundish with hole wall and it upward tilt 45°, the inclusion of 30 μm removal rate increased by 11.5%, 50μm removal rate increased by 9.1%, 70 μm removal rate increased by 5.8%, the quality of the liquid steel was improved.
