摘  要:目的总结分析2006—2015年山东省南水北调东平湖沿线中华按蚊的抗药性,为当地疟疾媒介控制提供参考。方法采用WHO成蚊接触筒法测试该地区中华按蚊抗性情况,对其进行抗药性评价。结果 2006—2015年期间,DDT处理东平湖沿线中华按蚊的死亡率从55.45%下降到35.09%,为抗性水平。中华按蚊经溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯处理后分别从2006年的初抗水平(死亡率83.02%和80.36%)升至抗性水平(2013年的47.86%和2012年的33.33%),此后抗性水平又有所下降,但2007—2015年均为抗性群体(R)。马拉硫磷处理后的中华按蚊死亡率基本呈现上升趋势,2006—2011年,经马拉硫磷处理后中华按蚊被评价为抗性群体(R),2012年后稳定在初抗水平。结论该地区中华按蚊对菊酯类杀虫剂已产生明显抗药性,局部地区可使用马拉硫磷快速杀灭蚊虫成虫。在今后的蚊媒治理工作中应科学合理使用化学杀虫剂,采取综合防治措施,防止或延缓抗性的产生和发展。Objective South-North water project in Shandong Province, 2006-2015, so as to provide the reference for local malaria vector control.Methods An. sinensis mosquitoes were collected and exposed to insecticide impregnated papers and the resistance was graded according to the method issued by WHO. Results After exposure to DTT, the mortality rates declined from 55.45% to35.09% from 2006 to 2015, which was evaluated as"R". After exposure to deltamethrin and cyfluthrin, the resistance level of An. sinensis in the areas was evaluated as"M"in 2006(83.02% and 80.36%), then rose to a resistance level(47.86% in 2013 and 33.33% in 2012), then the resistance levels dropped again, but remained as"R"from 2007 to 2015. After exposure to malathion, the mortality rates rose from 2006 to 2011. The resistance level of An. sinensis to malathion in the areas was evaluated as"R"from 2006 to 2011 and as"M"after 2012. Conclusions The resistance of An. sinensis to DDT,deltamethrin and cyfluthrin remains high in some areas of Shandong Province. Because malathion is still effective in some areas, it can be used in some local regions. In the future, the chemical pesticides should be used intelligently, and the comprehensive prevention and control measures should be adopted in order to prevent or delay the emergence and development of resistance.
