摘  要:采用Ti B2为添加剂,以沥青焦、熟碎、电煅煤为骨料,改质沥青和煤焦油为混合粘结剂制备铝用炭间糊,研究Ti B2添加量对制备炭间糊基本性能、膨胀/收缩过程、失重过程及微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着Ti B2添加量的增加,制备炭间糊的体积密度、电阻率逐渐增大,挥发分、耐压强度逐渐降低,膨胀/收缩先减小后增大;焦化过程提前,失重速率减缓;复合炭化产物尺寸增大,分散性降低。当Ti B2添加量为2%时,制备炭间糊具有较佳的综合性能。Ramming pastes was synthesized using pitch coke, baked scrap, and calcined anthreite coal as aggregate, modified pitch, coal tar as binder and adding TiB2 powder. The effect of TiB2 addition on the basic properties, expansion/shrinkage process, weight loss process and microstructure of ramming paste were investigated. The results indicated that as the TiB2 addition increased, the bulk density and electrical resistivity increased, volatile matter and compressive strength decreased; expansion/shrinkage decreased first and then increased. The coking process advanced and weight loss rate decreased. The size of composite carbonized products increased and the distribution inhomogeneity decreased obviously with increasing the addition of TiB2. The opti- mal comprehensive properties of ramming paste were obtained with addition of TiB2 of 2%.
