摘  要:为提高水性环氧富锌底漆的抗流挂性,研究了凹凸棒土、气相二氧化硅、膨润土3种触变剂预凝胶的黏度、微观形貌及粒径分布情况,通过单因素试验及三水平三因素正交试验研究了不同种类及用量的触变剂对双组分水性环氧富锌底漆抗流挂性能的影响。结果表明:单一触变剂虽对水性环氧富锌底漆有一定的抗流挂作用,但效果不明显;3种触变剂共同作用时,膨润土起主要作用。添加1%的凹凸棒土、1.2%的膨润土和1.5%的气硅协同作用对水稀释后的水性环氧富锌底漆抗流挂性能有极大的提高。In order to improve the sag resistance of waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer, the viscosity, micromorphology and particle size distribution of pregel of attapulgite, aerosil, and bentonite clay were studied. The single factor test, three factors and three levels orthogonal test were used to analyze the influence of different kinds and dosage of thixotropic agent on the sag resistance of the two-component waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer. The result showed that the single thixotropic agent had the effect on the sag resistance of the waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer, but the effect was not obvious. When three thixotropic agents were used synergis- tically, the bentonite played a leading role in this process. When 1% of attapulgite, 1.2% of bentonite and 1.5% of the gas aerosil were added into the waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer, the sag resistance was improved dramatically.
