摘 要:从一个溶剂型丙烯酸氨基烤漆体系出发,分析漆膜中浮色现象的一般规律。考察了分散剂的添加量对浮色现象的影响,包括色差及浮色状态下的外观。实验发现,漆膜固化后的浮色状态是浮黑还是浮白,仅由钛白粉的分散程度决定,而与炭黑的分散程度无关;润湿分散剂用量越大,即颜料分散程度越高,则漆膜的光泽、雾影等外观性能越好,但在调色体系中,要改善漆膜中的浮色状况,需要各颜料的分散状态相互匹配;当不同颜料的分散程度比较匹配时,指擦色差比较稳定,随分散剂用量的变化较小。根据上述发现,在碰到浮色情况时,可以根据浮色的表现进行相应的改善。This article tries to investigate the general rule of the flooding phenomenon on surface of the coating film as viewed from the solvent-based acrylic/melamine baking paint. In particular, it investigated the influence of the dosages of wetting and dispersing additives on the flooding phenomenon including the color difference in rub-up testing and the appearance of the flooding status. The result showed that the flooding appearance of the film (e.g., black or white) was subjected to the dispersion degree of TiO2 rather than carbon black. When the dosage of wetting and dispersing additive increased, the dispersing degree of the pigment im- proved, which resulted in the better properties including gloss and haze of the film. In the tin- ting systems, however, in order to reduce the color difference in rub-up testing, it was neces- sary to control the dispersing statuses of the pigments to a suitable extent so that they could match each other. When the dispersing statuses of the pigments involved do match each other, the color difference in rub-up testing would be rather stable in spite of the changes of the dosages of wetting and dispersing additives. Based on the above-mentioned findings, some corresponding measures could be taken to make improvement on flooding problem.
