摘 要:针对气体燃料电控喷射系统对气体燃料喷射量的控制精度低以及流量实时连续调节等问题,提出一种基于电磁直线执行器直接驱动菌形阀的燃料电控喷射系统。在MATLAB/Simulink下建立整个系统的控制模型,仿真计算喷射装置在不同升程下的流量特性,同时对其内部的流场进行仿真,研究其在不同的供气压力下的稳态流量。仿真结果表明,系统的流量和喷射装置的升程以及供气压力成近似线性关系。因此可以通过控制升程的大小来实现流量的连续调节,搭建了气体燃料电控喷射系统的流量特性测试试验台。试验测试在升程分别为1~4 mm和供气压力0.02~0.05 MPa时的流量特性,和仿真结果相吻合,验证了模型的正确性,同时为燃料电控喷射系统的应用提供理论基础。For the problem of low control accuracy of gas fuel injection quantity and real-time continuous flow regulation and other issues in gas fuel electronically controlled injection system. We propose a electronically controlled fuel injection system, which is based on the electromagnetic linear actuator (EMLA) directly driven poppet valves. The model of the entire control system is established under MATLAB/Simulink, and the flow characteristics of the injector device are simulated and calculated at different lifts, while the inside of the flow field is simulated as to study the steady flow of gas at different pressures. Simulation results show that the flow of system and the lift of injection device have approximately linear relationship with the air supplied pressure. Therefore, by controlling the lift we can achieve a continuous flow regulation, and we build a test platform for the gas flow characteristics of electronically controlled fuel injection system. The flow characteristics are tested under the lift of 1 - 4 mm and supplying pressures of 0.02 - 0.05 MPa, and the test results inosculate with simulation, so we can verify the correctness of the model, therefor the theoretical basis can be provided for the application of electronically controlled fuel injection system.
