飞机防灭火剂充填装置的设计与实现

摘　　要：针对运输飞机灭火瓶故障率高且使用单位缺乏地面充填设备的问题,提出了一套完整的飞机防灭火剂充填装置设计方案,并在完成样机制作后及时交付用户试用。简要说明了飞机防灭火系统的基本工作原理和防灭火剂充填的技术要求,着重介绍了防灭火剂充填装置气液回路系统的组成、功能和特点,并利用平板电脑、PLC等为核心设计了该装置的自动控制系统,给出了硬件系统和软件系统的实现方法。最后,通过试用验证了该装置的综合性、稳定性和可靠性。该设计方案有很高的实用价值,满足了用户的要求。To solve the problem of the high failure rate and the lack of ground filling equipment in the unit of transport aircraft, this study puts forward a complete set of aircraft fire retardant and fire extinguishing agent filling device design. After the manufacture, the prototype can be delivered to trial by customers. In this paper we briefly describe the basic working principle of the aircraft fire prevention system and the technical requirements for the filling of the fire extinguishing agent. We also introduce the composition, the function and the characteristics of the mechanical system of the fire extinguishing agent filling device and give the method of the realization of the hardware system and the software system by means of the automatic control system designed by the core technology of the tablet computer and the PLC. Finally, the device is verified to be comprehensive, stability and reliability, which is of high practical value to meet the user＇s requirements.
