摘 要:聚苯胺具有良好的导电性、环境稳定性以及氧化还原可逆性,且制备合成简单易得,是二次可充电电池理想的正极材料。泡沫镍为三维多孔结构,有较大的比表面积,质量较轻,有助于提高活性物质负载量,比传统膜电极具有更大的放电电流密度,但泡沫镍基体稳定性是急需解决的问题。对比研究了电泳制备聚苯胺-泡沫镍电极以及未经电泳处理的聚苯胺-泡沫镍电极的电化学性能,研究结果表明,相对未经过电泳处理的泡沫镍电极,经电泳处理的泡沫镍电极具有更强的耐电解液腐蚀性,电化学储存性能有较大提升,在放电电流密度为2.5mA/cm2时,其最大放电比容量达到183.28mA·h/g,且循环性能良好。Polyaniline due to its good conductivity,environmental stability and oxidation-reduction reversibility and its simple and easy preparation which make it become the ideal cathode material of secondary rechargeable battery. Nickel foam because of its three-dimensional porous structure which has a larger specific surface area and light quality, can help to increase the mass of active material. Compared with traditional membrane electrode, nickel foam electrode has a larger discharge currem density. However, the stability of nickel foam substrate is also a problem need to resolve. Compared with the electrochemical testing between the preparation of polyaniline-foam nickel electrode with electrophoresis way and without eleetrophoresis treatment of polyaniline-foam nickel electrode, the results indicate that after electrophoresis treatment electrode than without electrophoresis of foam nickel electrode has better resistance to corrosive of electrolyte. Nickel foam electrodes with electrophoretic deposition polyaniline in electrochemical storage properties are better than those nickel foam electrode untreated with electrophoresis. The maximum discharge specific capacity is 183. 28 mA·h/g when the discharge current density of about 2.5 mA/cm2.
