摘 要:采用物料平衡、硫平衡的方法,对马钢烧结生产线实际数据进行拟合,分析其相关度,建立烧结SO_2排放预测模型,并进行反算验证。其结果为:1通过模型分析得到影响烧结二氧化硫排放最重要因素为混匀矿、焦粉;2根据各类物料消耗量,应用预测模型,可以预测烟气中的SO_2总排放量;模型与实际烟气含硫量之间的平均误差为5%。3此预测模型反向使用,根据烟气中SO_2排放量,反算混匀矿和焦粉总硫含量,模型与实际生产数据反算平均误差为8%。The method of sulfur balance and material balance was used to fit the actual data of ma steel and steel sintering production line. The relevance was analyzed, the model of sintering SO2 emission prediction was established and the back calculation of verification was conducted. The results show that: ①Blending ore and coke powder are the most significant material factors of the sulfur dioxide emission; ② According to the consumption of all kinds of materials and the prediction model, the amount of total emission of SO2 in the flue gas can be predicted, the average error between the model and the actual flue gas sulfur content is 5% ;③the forecast model can be used reversely, according to the SO2 emissions in flue gas and the back calculation, the total sulfur content of blending ore and coke powder can be predicted, the average error of back calculation between the model and the actual production is 8%.
