摘  要:本文以低压转子钢30Cr2Ni4MoV为研究对象,将其粗大非平衡组织多次降梯加热后,保温适当时间后淬火,分析不同工艺参数对奥氏体晶粒大小的影响,揭示其消除组织遗传的机理。结果表明,在α相发生完全再结晶的条件下,进行多次降梯高温加热,晶粒更加细小均匀,可以有效切断组织遗传;多次降梯加热过程中,降温梯度、最后加热温度及加热次数均会不同程度影响奥氏体晶粒细化程度,而最后加热温度对晶粒细化起主要作用。Low pressure rotor steel 30Cr2Ni4MoV has been taken as the research object in this paper. Coarse and unbalanced microstructure is carried out quenching for several times after heating at the descending temperature and holding for a proper time at every turn. The influence of different processes parameters on austenite grain size has been analyzed to reveal the mechanism of the microstructure inheritance elimination. The result show that multiple descend- ing heating at high temperature can make grain size finer and effectively cut microstructure inheritance whenctphase has been suffered complete recrystallization. During multiple descending heating, temperature gradient, final heating tem- perature and heating time will affect the degree of austenitic grain refinement in different extents, However, the final heating temperature plays a major role in grain refinement.
