摘 要:设计了一种新型的基于IPM的6/4极开关磁阻电机功率变换器电路。智能功率模块(IPM)的应用使得功率变换电路简单可靠、体积小,且保留了半桥功率变换电路的优点,具有实用价值。对新型功率变换器的拓扑结构,以及角度位置控制(APC)的开通角和关断角等进行了研究。最后,用Matlab软件进行了仿真,仿真结果与理论预期保持一致。A new type of 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor power converter circuit based on IPM was designed. The application of the power conversion circuit was made simple and reliable, small volume, and to retain the advantages of half bridge power converter circuit, it was all for the using of intelligent power module (IPM). And it had the practical value. The topological structure of the new type switched reluctance motor power converter, and the turn-on and turn off angle of the angle position control (APC) were studied. Finally, the simulation was carried on with Matlab, the simulation results consistented with the theoretical expectations.
