摘 要:燃料电池车动力系统配置对提高燃料电池电堆效率,延长电堆寿命,以及优化整车的性能至关重要。分析了燃料电池车动力总成的七种配置方案的研究现状和优缺点,以及当前各大整车厂所采用的动力方案,结果表明燃料电池加蓄电池的动力方案与其他方案相比具有成本低、可靠性高等优点,是未来的发展趋势。同时分析表明电堆和电池之间的匹配、能量分配的优化控制是进一步提高燃料电池车性能的关键。It was critical important to improve the efficiency, prolong the lifespan of the fuel cell stack and optimize the performance of the fuel cell vehicle in its powertrain configuration. Seven different schemes were presented for the powertrain configuration of fuel cell vehicle in detail. Different performances of these schemes were investigated, the schemes adopted by major vehicle manufacturers were also analyzed. The results show that fuel cell stack with battery that has the advantages of low cost, high reliability, and it is the ideal configuration and future trend. In order to improve performance of the dynamic system of PEMFC further, the key point lied in the match and energy distribution control optimally between battery and fuel cell stack.
