摘 要:针对放顶煤开采顶煤不能全部放出或有上部矸石混入,造成顶煤损失较大、放落顶煤中矸石混合率过高等问题,通过PFC^(3D)数值模拟软件,对单轮顺序、单轮间隔、双轮顺序3种不同放煤方式下支架上方煤矸流场动态特征进行模拟。模拟结果表明,单轮顺序放煤时,相邻组支架上方顶煤残留较多,无法放出,顶煤损失呈周期性增长;单轮间隔放煤时,则减小甚至消除了这一顶煤损失,顶煤采出率相对较大;双轮顺序放煤时,煤矸分界面下降均匀,放煤过程中混矸程度较低。For the problems of which the top coal caving can not be fully released or upper gangue mixed, resulting in great loss of top coal, or gangue mixed rate become higher, by using numerical simulation software of PFC3D, dynamic characteristics of coal and gangue flow in the upper part of Supports were simulated for single sequence, single sequence with spacing, and double sequence. The simulation results shows that, when top coal caving with single sequence, top coal of the adjacent group was unable to fully released, and top coal loss is periodically grow ; when top coal caving by using single sequence with spacing, the loss of top coal was less even eliminated, and the recovery ratio of the top coal is relatively large ; the interface of coal and gangue is falling even when top coal caving by using double sequence, and the degree of gangue mixing is low in top coal caving.
