摘　　要：陆氏针灸是近代上海重要的针灸流派之一。丛书《陆瘦燕朱汝功针灸经验集成》为陆瘦燕、朱汝功两位针灸大师学术经验的集成之作。本文以其中的《陆瘦燕朱汝功针灸医案》为着眼点,结合跟随陆瘦燕先生之子陆李还老师的临证体会,试析陆氏针灸治疗各种痹病痛症的经验和特点。Lu＇s acupuncture is one of the most influential schools of acupuncture and moxibustion in modern Shanghai. The book series ＂Integration of Acupuncture Experience for LU Shou-yan and ZHU Ru -gong＂ are the empirical essence of the two masters,LU Shou-yan and ZHU Ru-gong. Based on ＂Acupuncture Medical Cases of LU Shou-yan and ZHU Ru-gong＂ the article sorts out the clinical features of Lu＇s acupuncture experience in treating pain conditions,in combination with what the author learned from the teacher LU Li-huan, the sun of LU Shou-yan, in clinical practice.
