针刀松解颈周腧穴治疗交感神经型颈椎病新方案的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刀松解颈周腧穴治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将交感神经型颈椎病患者229例按随机数字表法分为治疗组113例与对照组116例。治疗组采用针刀松解颈周特定腧穴配合颈曲灵治疗,对照组采用朱汉章氏针刀松解"痛点骨面"原则配合颈曲灵。两组均每7天治疗1次,3次为1个疗程。结果疗程结束后,两组患者特有症状评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),颈椎曲度值与之前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后特有症状评分及颈椎曲度值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束3个月后随访,两组特有症状评分及颈椎曲度值较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刀松解颈周特定腧穴治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效确切,且大大降低了操作的风险和难度,易熟练掌握,安全性相对高,操作风险显著降低。Objective： To investigate and compare the efficacy differences between the two acupotomy treatment regimens on sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods： 229 sympathetic cervical spondylosis patients were ran- domly divided into a treatment group（debonding the specific neck acupoints by acupotomy and Jingquling） and a control group（dehonding the local tendemess points of the facial bone and Jingquling）, 113 cases in the treatment group and 116 cases in the control group. Both groups received the treatment every 7 days and 3 times consisted a treatment course. The effect was evaluated by peculiar symptoms score of sympathetic cervical spondylosis and changes of the physiologic curvatures of cervical spine. The effect after the treatment and in following-up 3 months was evaluated. Results： After the treatment ,the peculiar symptoms score was significantly lower than that before the treatment （P〈 0.05）,there was no significant difference on the physiologic curvatures of cervical spine （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on both the peculiar symptoms score and the physiologic curvatures of cervical spine after the treatment（P〉 0.05 ）. In following- up 3 months,there were significant differences on specific symptom scores and cervical curvature value than that before the treatment（P〈 0.05 ）,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Debonding the specific neck aeupoints by acupotomy has curative effect on sympathetic cervical spondylosis,and significantly reduces the risk and difficulty of operation, and is easy to be mastered.
