感冒退热合剂治疗风热型感冒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察感冒退热合剂治疗风热型感冒的临床疗效并评价其安全性。方法 112例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组两组各56例。对照组采用连花清瘟颗粒治疗,治疗组采用感冒退热合剂治疗,比较两组的退热作用以及临床症状改善程度。结果 112例患者,其中8例因连续两次体温≥39.1℃,退出研究,2例在治疗过程中服用解热镇痛药物被剔除,2例因外地出差不能随访,最终共完成观察病例100例。其中治疗组50例,对照组50例,两组患者的性别、年龄、病程具有可比性。两组在治疗前(就诊时,0 h)体温,差别不大(P>0.05)。两组治疗后6、12、24、30、36、48、54、60 h与0 h(治疗前)比较,体温均明显降低(均P<0.05);治疗组与对照组差别不大(均P>0.05),60 h时测量点两组体温均降至正常。两组即刻退热效果上治疗组起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。全疗程退热时间比较,两组差别不大(P>0.05)。两组治疗前症状总积分差别不大(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的症状总积分差异差别不大(P>0.05)。治疗组愈显率83.33%优于连花清瘟组的63.64%(P<0.05)。本研究中,两组治疗前后肝、肾功能、心电图均较治疗前无明显变化,未出现明显严重不良反应。结论感冒退热合剂治疗风热型感冒疗效显著,针对细菌感染患者疗效优于连花清瘟组。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of cold-fever-treating mixture on wind-heat type common cold and evaluate the safety of the drug. Methods： 112 patients were divided into blank group and treatment group in radios （n = 56）. Blank group were treated with Lianhua Qingwen granule while the treatment group were treated with cold-fever-treating mixture, the antifebrile effects of the two groups as well as the clinical symptoms improved were compared. Results： 112 patients,of which 8 cases withdrew from the study because of the temperature over 39.1 ℃ at the two closed measuring times, 2 were eliminated because of taking analgesics, and 2 cases off from the research. The 100 cases left were divided into blank group and treatment group （n = 50）,in which the sex,age,course of disease have been statistically processed,the discrepancy was statistically meaningless （P〉 0.05） for counting but was comparable. There was little difference on the temperature between the two groups before treatment （P〉 0.05）. The temperature on 6,12,24,30,36,48,54,60 h after treatment in both groups decreased obviously compared with that on 0 h （all P 〈 0.05） and there was no significant difference between the two groups （all P 〉 0.05）. The temperature on 60 h returned to normal in both groups. Each group had antifebrile effect, but the treatment group worked quicker than the blank group in the beginning （P〈 0.05）. On the fever subsidence time during complete course of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. There was little difference on total symptom score between the two groups before the treatment （P〉 0.05） and there was little difference on total symptom score between the two groups after the treatment （P〉 0.05）. The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group which was higher than 63.64% in the blank group （P〈 0.05）.
