老年社区构建中资源整合及其创新问题研究

摘　　要：老年社区是中国老龄化社会发展重要组成,构建老年社区需要不同类型资源。由于建设理论与实践经验的欠缺,老年社区发展资源没有得到充分开发。从资源的掌控者、资源整体结构、资源应用境况及前景三个维度展开深度分析,寻找发掘和整合可利用资源的创新路径,促进老年社区更加平稳发展。Elderly community is an important part of the Chinese development of the aging society. We need different types of resources to build elderly community. Due to the lack of construction theory and practice experience, elderly community development resources have not been fully developed. We have a deep analysis from three dimensions ： master of the resources, the overall structure of resources, the application situation of resources, looking for the innovation path of exploring and integrating available resources, and promoting the development of elderly community more smoothly.
