摘  要:现有的导师制培养模式缺乏系统性与战略性。构建涵盖创新规划、创新设计与实施、评价与激励、传承与发展(PDCA)等全方位的研究生和导师的协同创新体系,有利于提高创新培养的系统性与可持续性。研究生和导师的协同创新体系的构建,有望提高研究生和导师的创新素质与创新能力。The existing postgraduate tutor system training mode lacks systematic and strategic. It is helpful to improve the system and sustainability of innovation cultivation by building a collaborative innovation system covering all aspects of graduate students and their tutors, including innovation planning, innovative design and implementation, evaluation and motivation, inheritance and development (PDCA). The construction of collaborative innovation system of graduate students and their tutors is expected to improve the innovative quality and innovation ability of postgraduates and their tutors.
