摘 要:在香港,中文作为第二语言教育虽然起步稍晚但发展迅速。香港的中文二语教育近年来取得了3个里程碑式的成就:国际学校中文二语教育基本普及、少数族裔中文二语政策初步建立以及职业中文二语资历课程首次推出。随着教学规模的扩大、课程的发展和政策的深化,香港的中文二语教育也面临着更深层次的挑战。本文基于对中文二语教育在国际学校、本地中小学和职业院校的综合考察,为香港进一步发展中文二语教育提出了5项建议。最后,本文强调中文二语教学的独特性,这也是长远科学地发展中文二语教学的关键。The paper presents the three major milestones that Chinese as a Second Language (CSL) education has achieved recently in Hong Kong. (1) CSL education has been made compulsory in international schoolsl (2) the first CSL curriculum and policy has been implemented for ethnic minority students, and (3) the certified vocational CSL courses have been provided for CSL students for the first time. With the expansion of the educational scale in schools, and the development of curriculums and policies, CSL in Hong Kong is also facing more significant challenges. Based on in-depth observations, the paper provides five practical suggestions on the future development of CSL education in international schools, local schools and vocational schools there. It has also stressed the special characteristics of CSL teaching and learning, which is to ensure a long-term and sustainable development of CSL education in Hong Kong.
