摘  要:目的:对医学工程人员的职业暴露情况进行调查分析,提出相应的防护对策和措施。方法:采用前瞻性调查研究方法,设计职业暴露登记表,对5所综合性医院中的112名医学工程人员在2015年4月至2016年3月期间发生的职业暴露情况进行调查,通过统计分析,制定相应的防护对策。结果:调查期间共发生职业暴露356人次,年人均暴露次数为3.18次,暴露发生率为76.79%。发生职业暴露的高风险人群为低职称、低工龄工程师,职业暴露来源主要是机械损伤和电击伤,其次是辐射损伤、烧烫伤及化学损伤,其主要原因是防护意识和防护条件不足。结论:医学工程人员面临较大的职业暴露风险,应积极采取有针对性的综合性防控措施,减少职业暴露的发生,有效保障医疗设备维护工作安全进行。Objective: To investigate the prevalence of occupational exposure among medical equipment engineers in hospital, and to explore the prevention measurements accordingly. Methods: A prospective survey was conducted with register tables for occupational exposure from April 2015 to March 2016 among 112 medical equipment engineers in 5 general hospitals, then the survey result was analyzed with statistic methods. Results: The totalnumber of occupational exposure among 112 medical equipment engineers was 356 person-time, and 3.18 times for each person in every year, the incidence was 76.79%. The subjects with the high risk of occupational exposure were engineers with lower professional rank or service experience. The exposure source were mainly mechanical injures and electric shock injures, which resulted from shortage of prevention consciousness and appliance. Conclusion: Medical equipment engineers are still at the risk of occupational exposure. Special and comprehensive measurements for preventing injures should be taken actively in order to reduce the occurrence of these occupational exposures and insure the maintenance work for medical equipment in safety.
