摘　　要：目的:对某省医疗卫生机构在用的生物安全柜运行环境防护性能现状进行调查,以加强实验室生物安全管理。方法:采用分层抽样方法对河北省内的省、市和县三级医疗卫生机构实验室生物安全柜进行现场调查,对调查数据进行统计分析。结果:作为生物安全柜运行环境最为重要的3个指标(即安装在实验室入口处、实验室通道处以及实验室门窗处)进行调查分析,其合格率分别为92.19%、70.31%和64.06%。抽样调查合格率最高为100%"说明标志是否正确";其次为"焊接处是否牢固"和"表面是否光洁",均为98.36%。合格率最低(51.56%)的为"墙距是否>30 cm"。结论:所有抽查检测的在用生物安全柜安装环境重要项目总合格率为90.16%,但由于实验室生物安全工作的特殊性,提示仍需要加大力度完善实验室生物安全柜运行环境管理。Objective： To investigate the current situation of protection property of running environment about using bio-safety cabinet in medical health institutions in Hebei province and then to provide suggestions about how to strengthen bio-safety management in laboratory.Method： Stratified random sampling was used in field investigation of protection property ofrunning environment about using bio-safety cabinet in 3 grades medical health institutions ： province, city and county, and these data were analyze by statistics. Result： The quality rates of the most important three indicators（ whether is installed in the entrance of the laboratory, in the lab channel, in the lab doors and windows） of running environment about using bio-safety cabinet were 92.19%, 70.31% and 64.06%, respectively. The quality rate of ＂whether the explain marker is correct＂ was highest（ attain to 100%）, and both of ＂whether the welding place is firm＂and ＂whether the surface is bright and clean＂ were 98.36%; ＂whether the distance from wall is more than 30 cm ＂ was only 51.56%. Conclusion： The total quality rate of the all of sampling detection was 90.16%, but laboratory bio-safety work need more attention and the management of running environment about using bio-safety cabinet in medical health system need more reinforce for improvement because of the property of laboratory bio-safety.
