医院急救设备保障中心医疗设备租赁式使用集中管理模式的实践研究

摘　　要：目的:建立医院急救设备保障中心,减少医院医疗设备的重复购置,实现设备资源共享,节省设备维修费用,提高医疗设备使用率。方法:建立急救设备保障中心,采用租赁式使用集中管理模式,由医学工程科统一管理,并以租赁方式保障各临床科室使用。结果:急救设备保障中心成立以来,优化了医院资源配置,明显降低了设备投入成本,提高了医疗设备的使用率,为临床科室提供了可靠的服务。结论:通过急救设备保障中心的建立,可改变传统医疗设备管理方式,为医院设备的综合管理、减少医疗资源的浪费以及实现资源共享提供切实可行的管理模式。Objective： To establish the emergency medical equipment rental center, not only can reduce the repeated purchase for medical equipment, but also can achieve resource sharing, reduce equipment maintenance cost, and improve utilization efficiency. Methods： To establish emergency medical equipment rental center, which adopted lease mode and centralized management mode to use equipment. Department of medical engineering managed this center and this department is responsible to ensure every clinical department can use equipment by lease method. Results： The center has optimized the resource allocation of hospital, obviously reduced equipment input cost, improved utilization rate of medical facility since it wereestablished. This mode provided reliable service for clinical departments. Conclusion： The established rental center of emergency medical equipment has changed the traditional management mode to a new feasible mode which can improve centralized management for medical devices, reduce waste for medical resource and achieve resource sharing.
