氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果,为临床治疗高血压合并冠心病提供依据。方法 2014年1月至2015年12月在我院接受治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者98例作为观察对象,按数字表法分为氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片组(观察组)和阿托伐他汀钙片组(对照组),每组49例。观察组和对照组患者分别给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片和阿托伐他汀钙片,1次/d,20 mg/次,6周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。同时给予个性化护理,并对两组患者的临床疗效、并发症及心电图改善等情况进行分析。结果对照组患者有效治疗例数为39例,所占比率为79.59%;观察组患者有效治疗例数为45例,所占比率为91.84%,观察组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.116,P<0.01)。对照组患者发生并发症的例数为13例,所占比率为26.53%;观察组患者发生并发症的例数为3例,所占比率为6.12%,观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.872,P<0.01)。对照组患者治疗后的心电图基本治愈率为48.98%,观察组为83.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.012,P<0.01)。结论应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效良好,能降低血压,抗心绞痛,调控血脂,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of amlodipine besylate atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease and provide the basis for the clinical treatment in the hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 98 cases of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were recruited as the study objects.The patients were divided into amlodipine besylate atorvastatin calcium tablet group（observation group） and atorvastatin calcium tablet group（control group） according to the number table method,49 cases in each group.Patients in observation group and control group were given amlodipine besylate atorvastatin calcium and atorvastatin calcium tablet respectively pnce daily,20 mg daily for each time,they were treated for 3 courses with 6 weeks as a course and were given the personalized care at the same time.The indexs were analyzed mainly including the clinical curative effect（Complications and the improvement of electrocardiogram,and so on control groups.Results There were 39（79.59%） and 45（91.84%） of effective cases in control group and observation group（X^2=5.116,P〈0.01）.There were 13（26.53%） and 3（6.12%） cases with complications in control group and observation group（X^2=4.872,P0.01）.The basic cure rates of electrocardiogram after treatment in control group and treatment group were 93.88%and97.96%（X^2=5.012,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease is good,it can reduce the blood pressure and regulate the blood lipid with the effect of anti-angina pectoris and high clinical value.
