能全力联合瑞素在危重症患者肠内营养支持中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的观察危重症患者使用能全力联合瑞素对肠内营养不良反应发生率的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年6月我科通过鼻饲行肠内营养患者56例,随机分为2组。观察组28例,采用能全力500 m L联合瑞素500 m L进行肠内营养;对照组28例,采用能全力1 000 m L进行肠内营养。治疗2周后,观察并比较两组患者营养状况及肠内营养不良反应发生率。结果两组患者营养状况改善情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组腹泻、便秘、肺炎发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(6.88%vs.22.34%,3.34%vs.21%,3.34%vs.14.28%,P<0.05);观察组肝功能异常发生率(6.88%)略低于对照组(10.71%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论能全力联合瑞素进行肠内营养支持在营养构成上具有互补性,联合使用既能加强均衡的营养供给,又能降低肠内营养不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe effect of Nengquanli combined with Ruisu on the rate of adverse reactions of the enteral nutrition in critically ill patients.Methods Fifty-six patients in our department treated by nasogastric enteral nutrition from February 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in study group was given enteral nutrition by using Nengquanli 500 mL combined with Ruisu 500 mL,and control group was given Nengquanli 1 000 mL.After 2 weeks of treatment,the nutritional status and the incidence of side effects of enteral nutrition of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the improvement of nutritional status between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence of diarrhea,constipation and pneumonia in study group were lower than those of control group（6.88%vs.22.34%,3.34%vs.21%,3.34%vs.14.28%,P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of abnormal liver function in study group（6.88%） was slightly lower than that of control group（10.71%）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The use of Nengquanli combined with Ruisu is complementary to the enteral nutritional support in the nutritional composition which can not only strengthen the balanced nutrition supply,but also reduce the incidence of side effects of enteral nutrition,so it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
