药食同源类中药在提高禽产品品质中的研究应用

摘　　要：药食同源中草药作为动物饲料添加剂，可生产出优质并具有一定食疗保健功能的动物性食品，为提高养殖经济效益和社会效益提供了一种可行高效的新技术。本文浅述了药食同源或以药食同源为主的中草药添加剂在提高禽产品品质中的研究应用。Medicine food homologous Chinese herbal medicine used as feed additive, can produce animal food with high quality and certain therapeutic and health care functions. It provides a feasible and efficient new technology for raising economic benefit and social benefit. This paper introduces the application of medicine food homologous herbal additives in improving meat and egg quality of poultry.
