精液圆细胞与精子运动参数的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精液圆细胞对精子运动参数的影响。方法回顾分析132例男性不育患者的精液质量,根据世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的方法,采用西班牙SCA计算机辅助精子分析系统(CASA)分析精子运动参数和精液中圆细胞浓度。结果精液圆细胞浓度与前向运动(PR)精子百分率呈显著负相关(r=-0.203,P<0.05),与不活动(IM)精子百分率呈显著正相关(r=0.217,P<0.05),与曲线速率(VCL)、直线速率(VSL)、平均路径速率(VAP)、鞭打频率(BCF)、直线性(LIN)、摆动性(WOB)均呈显著负相关(r=-0.203,P<0.05;r=-0.202,P<0.05;r=-0.257,P<0.01;r=-0.212,P<0.05;r=-0.188,P<0.05;r=-0.236,P<0.01)。结论精液圆细胞可影响精子运动参数,降低精液质量。Objective To study the influence of semen round cells on sperm motility parameters. Methods Semen samples from 132 infertile men were evaluated retrospectively. The concentration of semen round cells and sperm motility parameters were analyzed by Computer-aided Sperm Analysis（ CASA） according to the WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human semen（ Fifth Edition）. Results There were significantly negative correlations between the concentration of semen round cells and PR,VCL,VSL,VAP,BCF,LIN,WOB（ r =-0. 203,P〈0. 05; r =-0. 203,P〈0. 05; r =-0. 202,P〈0. 05; r =-0. 257,P〈0. 01; r =-0. 212,P〈0. 05; r =-0. 188,P〈0. 05; r =-0. 236,P〈0. 01）. The concentration of semen round cells was positively correlated with IM（ r = 0. 217,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Semen round cells affect sperm motility parameters and reduce the quality of semen.
