摘　　要：目的通过文献分析法探讨我国医疗服务价格体系存在的问题,为研究该领域提供参考,减少重复研究,同时,为国家制定相关政策提供参考。方法采用文献分析法,分析1957年以来中国知网相关文献提出的医疗服务价格体系所存在的问题。结果我国医疗服务价格体系主要存在三大问题,即价格扭曲、价值观念扭曲、调价机制不完善。结论三大问题相互影响,并且,价值观念扭曲是医疗服务价格体系存在问题的根本原因,价格扭曲和调价机制不完善是存在问题的具体表现。Objective Through the literature analysis method, the problems existing in the medical service price system in China are discussed about, so as to provide a reference for the research in this field, reduce repeated researches, and provide reference for the state＇s formulation of relevant policies. Method The literature analysis method is used to analyze the problems existing in the medical service price system proposed by related literature on cnki.net since 1957. Results The medical service price system in China mainly has three problems, including price distortion, distortion of values and the incomplete price adjustment mechanism. Conclusion The three problems influence each other, and the distortion of values is the root cause of the problems existing in the medical service price system, and price distortion and the incomplete price adjustment mechanism are the concrete manifestation of the problems.
