摘　　要：公立医院高端医疗服务的发展变化体现了政府与市场之间关系的不断博弈和医疗格局的动态演变。通过回顾公立医院高端医疗之特需医疗服务的发展历程,简述所面临的问题、政策变化以及业界持有的不同意见,从政府与市场有效协作和制度创新的角度,提出当前医药卫生体制改革形势下公立医院高端医疗服务的发展趋势及现实建议。The development and changes of high-end medical services of public hospitals show the continuous game between the government and the market and the dynamic evolution of medical pattern. By reviewing the development history of special medical services of high-end medical services of public hospitals, the paper briefly describes the problems faced, policy changes and different opinions of the industry, and puts forward the development trend of and practical suggestions on high-end medical services of public hospitals under the trend of the new medical reform from the perspective of the effective collaboration between the government and the market.
