摘　　要：深入阐释中国特色社会主义文化发展观的产生、基本内容及其实践历程,有助于加快推进文化强国建设并丰富和发展马克思主义文化发展观。马克思、恩格斯等基于劳动分工思想形成的文化发展观科学正确,内容十分丰富。中国几代中央领导集体运用马克思主义文化发展观的根本立场、基本观点和指导方针,在我国文化创新发展的实践历程中建构了中国特色社会主义文化发展观。习近平关于文化发展问题的一系列新论述,是中国特色社会主义文化发展观的创新性成果。当前推行的文化发展政策供给改革,必将探索形成符合中国实际的创新性政策,既为解决我国文化领域存在的"供需错配"等突出问题提供了可行方案,也为推动中国特色社会主义文化发展观的新发展奠定了实践基础。To interpret thoroughly the generation, basic contents and practical process of the concept of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics is conductive to the promotion of the construction of cultural power and the enrichment and development of Marxist view of cultural development. The cultural development concept of Marx and Engels that formed on the basis of the thought of labor division is very scientific and correct with rich contents. The central leadership of several generations in China has made full use of the fundamental position, the basic point of view and guidelines of Marxist view of cultural development to construct the concept of cultural development with Chinese characteristics during the practical course of China's cultural innovative development. A series of new discourses on the issue of cultural development by Xi Jinping are the innovative results of socialist cultural development concept with Chinese characteristics. The currently promoted cultural development policy and supply reform will certainly explore the formation of innovative policies in line with China's reality, which not only provide feasible solution to the prominent issues of ' mismatched supply and demand' existing in China's cultural domain, but also lay the practical foundation for the promotion of the new development of socialist culture development concept with Chinese characteristics.
