摘　　要：技术规程集成红壤旱地花生种植秸秆覆盖秸秆还地量、秸秆快速腐解技术、秸秆覆盖地下肥料运筹和降酸调湿技术,解决红壤旱地稻草覆盖造成当季花生出苗率低、养分管理不便,后季作物耕作困难等问题,实现花生高效生产、农业增效农民增收。技术规程从基础条件、品种选择、肥料运筹+土壤调理剂、稻草覆盖+快速腐解、病虫害防治等方面阐述。This technical specification had integrated techniques of residue incorporation amount,straw fast decomposition,fertilizer application,and reduction of acidity,in order to resolve the problems happned under upland straw mulching conditions,including low emergence rate,inconvenient nutrient management,and the difficult tillage of the next-stubble crops,etc. The specification could improve efficiency production of peanut,increase benefit,and enhance farmers′ income. In this paper,the specification was expounder from the following aspects ：basis conditions,variety selection,fertilizer and soil conditioner management,straw mulching and fast decomposition,pest and disease control.
