摘 要:采集了夏季养殖南美白对虾的池水进行检测,水中总磷含量为0.032~0.577 mg/L;总氮含量为0.341~3.531 mg/L;总有机碳含量为4.532~18.663 mg/L;可溶性糖含量为0~5.332 mg/L。养殖中后期低氮磷比环境存在诱发有害蓝藻暴发的威胁。螺旋藻调控水质试验结果表明,螺旋藻可以在养殖水中生长,在降低磷含量的同时提高氮磷比,添加一定量的Na HCO3会使其更快适应环境。其在生长繁殖过程中可以有效去除养殖水中的氮磷物质,培养11 d后总氮的去除率为57.27%,总磷的去除率为88.76%。研究结果为调节或循环使用养殖水体提供了参考。Culture water of feeding Penaeus vannamei was collected to testing in summer.The content of total phosphorus in water was 0.032-0.577 mg/L,the total nitrogen content was 0.341-3.531 mg/L,the total organic carbon content is 4.532-18.663 mg/L,and the soluble sugar content is0-5.332 mg/L.It has low ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus in metaphase and anaphase,so the overgrowth of blue algae will threatening the growth of Penaeus vannamei.Spirulina can grow in the water of feeding Penaeus vannamei,it can reduce the phosphorus content while increasing ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus.Adding a certain amount of Na HCO3 will make it faster to suiting the environment.The growth process can be effective in removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in the water and adjust the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus.After eleven days,the removal rate of nitrogen was 57.27%,and the removal rate of phosphorus was 88.76 %.It provided a reference for regulating or recycling the water.
