广东省农业保险发展基本情况及对策

摘　　要：以广东省2007—2015年间统计数据为基础,结合全省政策性农业保险实施的实际情况,利用文献查阅及分析归纳法,介绍了广东省农业保险发展的基本情况,总结了广东省农业保险的发展经验,分析了存在的主要问题及原因,最后从优化工作制度建设、增加财政补贴力度、扩大新增险种范畴、完善协保体系建设、创新经营模式发展、调动各方积极性等方面提出促进广东省农业保险发展的对策,以期为有关部门和其他省市提供借鉴与参考。Based on statistical data of 2007-2015 in Guangdong Province,combined with the practical situation of policy-oriented agricultural insurance implementation,using literature review and analytic induction,the basic situation of policy-oriented agricultural insurance development in Guangdong Province was introduced,the experiences were summed up,the main problems and the reasons were also analyzed,finally the countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural insurance in Guangdong Province were put forward from following aspects,optimizing the working system construction,increasing the fiscal subsidy,expanding the category of new risks,perfecting assist insurance system construction,innovativing business mode development,arousing the enthusiasm of all parties,in order to provide reference for relevant departments and other provinces or cities.
