摘　　要：阐述了现行医疗损害保险机制和实施医疗意外险的必要性,分析发现了单一医疗意外险模式或者医疗意外险作为医责险附加险模式存在的问题,提出了一套新的医疗意外险运行模式,以期缓解医患矛盾、促进医患和谐。This paper discuss the necessity of medical damage insurance system and medical accident insurance implement on current. It findsout that there are some problems in the mode of single medical accident insurance or the mode of medical accident insurance which are as an ad-ditional insurance of medical liability insurance. It puts forward a set of new medical accident insurance operation mode, in order to relieve theconflicts and promote harmony in doctor- patient relationship.
