国家康居住宅示范工程的外部空间环境适老化改造——以大连·大有恬园为例

摘　　要：大连大有恬园小区二期工程曾在2000年获批"国家康居住宅示范工程"。本文在深入调研该小区的现状和特征、综述老年人生理、心理、行为特征与需求等基础上,发现了其在规划布局、公共配套、住区内部空间安全性与舒适性上存在的诸多问题。本文试图对其外部空间环境的更新、改造进行研究,通过诸如规划空间再布局、增加和丰富室外公共空间、道路及出入口再改造及提高室外环境的可识别性等手法,再生适老、舒适、活力、安全的既有住区,为我国城市解决既有住区老年人居家养老在外部空间层面存在的问题提供了有益的探索。Dayou Residential district have been approved ＂national residential dwellings demonstration project＂ in 2000. Based on the current situation and characteristics, this paper attempts to research on the external space environment renovation, such as planning space layout, increasing and enriching outdoor public space, roads and entrancing to reform and improving the identification of the outdoor environment technique to make it suitable for the old, comfortable, energy regeneration, safety of existing settlements, for our city to solve the elderly existing residential external space problems.
