摘 要:目的应用红外热成像技术分析双侧胸部穴位温度差在冠心病诊断中的意义。方法收集冠心病患者120例作为观察组,健康人120例作为对照组,分别采集2组人躯干正面的红外热像图,并测定双侧胸部穴位(步廊、神封、灵墟、乳根、乳中、膺窗)的温度,得出双侧穴位温度差,进行统计学分析。结果对照组双侧胸部穴位的平均温度差为(0.25±0.06)℃,观察组双侧胸部穴位的平均温度差为(2.53±0.29)℃,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且此温度差随着冠脉病变严重程度而逐渐增大。结论红外热成像技术分析双侧胸部穴位的温度差,可作为冠心病诊断及疗效判定的辅助参考,具有方便、无创、无毒副作用的优点。Objective It is to analyze the significance of temperature difference between bilateral chest acupoints in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease by infrared thermal imaging technology. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease( CHD) were collected as observation group,120 healthy people were collected as control group. The front torso of infrared thermal images of all the subjects were collected,and temperature of bilateral chest acupoint( step Gallery,God sealed,lingxu,milk,milk,Yingchuang) was detected and concluded to get bilateral point temperature difference,and the data were analyzed statistically. Results In the control group,the average temperature difference of bilateral chest acupuncture points was( 0. 25 ± 0. 06) degrees Celsius,the average temperature difference of the observation group was( 2. 53 ±0. 29) degrees Celsius,there was significant difference in the temperature difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05),and the temperature difference increased with the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusion Infrared thermal imaging technology can be used as an auxiliary reference for diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,and has the advantages of convenient,non-invasive,non-toxic side effects.
