摘　　要：目的:建立宿迁地区健康妊娠期妇女甲状腺功能正常参考值。方法:入组健康孕妇300名,测定血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(total triiodothyronine,TT3)、总甲状腺素(total thyroxine,TT4)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺激素(free thyroxine,FT4);同期选取健康成人120例,检测血清TT3、TT4、TSH、FT3、FT4,比较孕妇与健康成人的差异。结果:本地区健康孕妇血清TSH的中位数为2.37 m IU/L,P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)参考范围为0.34~4.12 m IU/L。健康成人血清TSH中位数分别为1.94 m IU/L,参考范围为0.54~4.84 m IU/L;孕妇血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4值分别为(0.82±0.12)ng/m L,(7.13±1.23)μg/d L,(2.34±0.48)pg/m L,(0.64±0.10)ng/d L;成人血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4值分别为(1.35±0.14)ng/m L,(9.31±1.49)μg/d L,(3.37±0.30)pg/m L,(1.02±0.12)ng/d L。孕妇与健康成人TSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与健康成人组相比,孕妇组TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4的上限和下限均降低(P<0.05)。结论:建立本地区妊娠期孕妇特异性甲状腺功能参考范围值,为妊娠末期孕妇合并甲状腺功能异常的诊断和治疗提供一定的理论依据。Objective：To establish normal values of thyrotropin （TSH） and thyroid hormones for the healthy pregnant women in Suqian. Meth- ods ： Blood samples from 300 healthy pregnant women were selected to determine the level of TT3 , TT4 , TSH, FT3 , FT4 , and then the values were compared with those from the 120 healthy adults. Results： The normal values of TT3 , TT4 , TSH, FT3 , FT4 were 0.82± 0.12 ng/mL,7.13 ± 1.23 ug/dl,2.34 ± 0. 48pg/ml,0. 64 ±0.10ng/dl respectively. There was no statistical significance in TSH comparison between pregnant women and healthy adults, while the upper and lower limits of TT3 , TT4, FT3 , FT4 in pregnant women group went down. Conclusions：The establishment of nor- mal values of TSH and thyroid hormones for healthy pregnant women in Suqian can provide academic references for the diagnosis and treatment of the pregnant women with thyroid dysfunction in Suqian.
