摘　　要：目的:研究激素冲击疗法与免疫抑制剂联合使用治疗狼疮危象的效果。方法:在收治的狼疮危象患者中随机选出80例作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法分成观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者采用激素冲击疗法,观察组患者在此基础上加用免疫抑制剂治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。结论:在狼疮危象治疗中将激素冲击疗法与免疫抑制剂联合使用有助于提高临床治疗效果,控制病情,值得推广。Objective：To study the effect of hormone shock therapy combined with immunosuppressive agents in the treatment of lupus crisis. Methods： 80 cases of lupus crisis patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group were treated with hormone shock therapy, while those in the control group were with hormone shock therapy combined with immunosuppressive therapy, and then the therapeutic effects in both groups were compared. Results ：The total effective rate in the observation group（90.0 % ） was significantly higher than that（72.5 % ） in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Hormone shock therapy combined with immunosuppressive agents in the treatment of lupus crisis may help to improve the clinical therapeutic effects and control the disease.
