关节镜下可吸收缝线内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间棘骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下可吸收缝线内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间棘骨折的临床效果。方法:选取64例儿童胫骨髁间棘骨折患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各32例,对照组予以空心螺钉内固定,观察组予以关节镜下可吸收缝线内固定治疗,对比两组患儿治疗前、后的Lysholm膝关节评分和功能独立性测评(Functional Independence Measure,FIM)评分等观察指标。结果:两组患儿治疗后Lysholm评分和FIM评分均高于治疗前,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且无任何严重的并发症发生。结论:关节镜下可吸收缝线内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间棘骨折的临床效果明显,在选择具体固定方式应以骨折具体情况为依据。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of absorbable sutures internal fixation under arthroscopy in the treatment of pediatric tibial em- inence fractures. Methods ：64 children with tibial eminence fractures were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each group. The children in control group were treated with hollow screw fixation, and those in observation group received arthroseopic ab- sorbable suture internal fixation. The observation indexes in Lysholm Knee Score and Functional Independence Measure （FIM） were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：Lysholm score and FIM score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and there was no serious complication. Conclusions： The effect of the absorbable sutures fixation under arthroscopy is remarkable in the treatment of pediatric tibial eminence fractures and the choice of specific fixed mode should be based on the specific circumstances of the fracture.
