阿托伐他汀钙与阿昔莫司联用后在健康人体内的药代动力学特征分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿托伐他汀钙与阿昔莫司联用后在健康人体内的药代动力学特征。方法:对60例同时服用10 mg阿托伐他汀钙和250 mg阿昔莫司胶囊的健康实验者进行观察,采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法检测药物在体内浓度变化情况,观察实验者的生命体征和不良反应情况分析两种药物是否存在相互作用。结果:两种药物在实验者体内的药代动力学测试结果差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而且实验者除有一过性丘疹、红斑外无其他不良反应,常规检查身体状况正常。结论:阿托伐他汀钙与阿昔莫司联用不会发生相互作用,不会引起人体药代动力学改变,使用安全,适合人体使用。Objective：To analyze the pharmacokinetics of atorvastatin calcium combined with acipimox in healthy human body. Methods： 60 ca- ses of healthy experimenters taking 10 mg atorvastatin calcium and 250 mg acipimox capsules were observed The concentration changes of the drugs in vivo were detected by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC -UV）, and the vital signs and adverse reactions of the experimenters were observed to analyze whether there was interaction between the two drugs. Results：There were no significant differences in the pharmacokinetic test re- suits between the two drugs in the health experimenter （ P 〉0.05 ）. The healthy experimenters had no adverse reactions except for one case of erythe- ma papula and the routine physical check condition was normal. Conclusion：Atorvastatin calcium in combination with acipimox neither interacts nor causes changes in human pharmacokinetics, and the use is safe and suitable for human body.
