环保阻燃绝缘纸板的研制

摘　　要：通过浆内添加无机阻燃剂、一次成型,真空脱水,高温热压干燥,再在表面浸渍阻燃剂的生产工艺技术,即采用浆内添加及表面处理相结合的生产工艺,制备环保阻燃绝缘纸板。考察了在浆内添加无机阻燃剂的种类、用量、和同一无机阻燃剂不同粒径对纸板阻燃效果、强度和绝缘性能的影响,优化出使用5000-6000目的氢氧化铝、阻燃剂与纤维的质量比为60%,纸板的各项使用性能最优。The production technology includes adding inorganic flame retardant in the pulp and injection mold, then vacuum dehydration, dried by high temperature and pressure, last impregnating the surface in the flame retardant. Through combination of adding in the pulp and surface impregnation with flame retardant, environmental friendly flame - retardant insulation paperboard was prepared. The influences of different inorganic flame retardants, adding amount, different sizes of same kind inorganic flame retardant on flame retardant effect, strength and insulation were studied. It was found that the best flame retardant was aluminum hydration with 5000 -6000 mesh and the ra- tio of flame retardant to fiber was 60%, and the properties of the paperboard was the best.
