摘 要:以过硫酸钾和硫代硫酸钠为氧化还原引发剂,在氮气保护下,研究了水不溶性半纤维素与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚反应。考察了引发剂浓度、单体浓度和反应时间等因素对接枝率及接枝效率的影响,确定了以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺/冰醋酸(体积比1:1)为抽提溶剂,每小时回流6次,抽提6 h,完全除去聚丙烯酰胺的操作条件。采用红外光谱对接枝共聚物的结构进行研究,用热重分析法表征了产物的热性能。结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺被成功地接枝到水不溶性半纤维素上,并且,接枝共聚物具有较好的水溶性。The synthesis of hemicelluloses -g -PAM was carried out in diluted alkaline aqueous solution via free radical copolymerization initiated by redox initiator composed of potassium persulfate (KPS)/sodium thiosulfate ( Na2 S2O3 ). The factors, such as the initiator dosage, the monomer concentration and the reaction time, which influenced both of the grafting percent and the grafting efficiency were investigated. Graft copolymer was extracted 6 hours by soxhlet extraction with mixture of N, N- dimethylformamide and acetic acid (1: 1, v/v) at back flow 6 times per hour, homopolymer could be removed entirely. The graft copolymers were characterized by FT -IR, the thermal properities were analyzed by TGA. The results indicated that the PAM moieties were successfully introduced into the side chains of the hemicelluloses and endowed them with good solubility in water.
