摘  要:针对当前构件产品外观质量较差、外压荷载值较低等问题,试验开展了构件混凝土配合比研究.以U型槽为研究对象,试验研究了混凝土配合比对U型槽外观、外压荷载及抗渗性的影响,讨论了混凝土工作性、强度与U型槽外观、外压荷载的联系.为制备出性能较好的U型槽,试验推荐了一个合理的混凝土配合比,提出了干硬性混凝土VC值和强度的合理范围,这对渠槽构件混凝土的合理配制具有一定的参考价值.In order to solve the problem of poor appearance and low external pressure within concrete mixture ratio is studied through experiments, which takes U -shape drainage trough effects of different mixture ratio on concrete appearance, external pressure and anti - permeab current precast components, as an object to dig into the ility, the connection between concrete workability and strength with U - shape drainage trough appearance and external pressure is also discussed. To concrete VC values and strength were also determined. It could be of certain reference value for casting drainage trough components.
