双氯芬酸钠栓(Ⅱ)联合利多卡因用于人工流产的临床观察

摘　　要：探讨双氯芬酸钠栓(Ⅱ)联合2%利多卡因宫颈表面麻醉在人工流产术中的临床应用效果.选择要求人工流产的80例早孕健康妇女随机分为实验组与对照组,各40例.实验组术前2小时肛门内放置双氯芬酸钠栓(Ⅱ)2枚,术中宫颈4点及10点各推注2%利多卡因2.5 mL.对照组术中仅同法推注2%利多卡因.结果表明,实验组术中宫颈软化松弛程度、人流综合反应发生率、疼痛程度及手术时间与对照组相比,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);术中出血量与对照组相比无显著差异.总之,双氯芬酸钠栓(Ⅱ)联合2%利多卡因用于人工流产术中,宫颈软化松弛较好,从而减少了人工流产综合反应发生率,明显减轻术中的疼痛,手术时间缩短,方法简单,安全可行,值得推广.The clinical application effect of diclofenac sodium suppository（Ⅱ）combined with lidocaine in artificial abortion was studied.The health requiring artificial abotion of 80 early pregnant women,were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each.Patients in the experiment group placed diclofenac sodium suppository（Ⅱ）2 gold inside the anus before 2 hours operation,and then injected 2% lidocaine into cervical 4and 10 point.The control group was only injected with2% lidocaine.The cervical softening degree of relaxation,the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome reaction,the degree of pain and operation time in the experimental group were statistically significant comparing with the control group（P〈0.01）.The hemorrhage was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Because of diclofenac sodium suppository（Ⅱ）combined with 2% lidocaine used in artificial abortion,the cervical softening relaxation was better.It reduced the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome and intraoperative pain,furthermore shortened the operation time.This method was simple,feasible and safe.
