摘  要:采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定了中国山西、甘肃和内蒙古3种产地的黄芪中的钙、镁、铜、锌4种对人体有益的微量元素。实验结果表明:黄芪中含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,3种产地黄芪中Ca、Mg含量较高,Cu、Zn含量较低。经过加标实验后,采用此方法回收率在97.0%~104.0%之间,说明实验数据可靠,实验结果可信。In this paper, four helpfully microelements to human body,including Ca, Mg, Cu and Zn in astra- galus mongholicus which was produced in Shanxi, Gansu and Inner Mongolia was determines by flame atomic ab- sorption determination (FAAS) . The determination experimental result show that the Ca, Mg, Cu and Zn were rich in astragalus mongholicus. In the three kinds of astragalus mongholicus,the Ca, Mg content is quite high, but Cu, Zn content is low. The experimental method recoveries were 97.0%-104.0% , it shows that the experimental data and the result are reliable.
