参柴化浊汤与辛伐他汀联合治疗代谢综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参柴化浊汤与辛伐他汀联合治疗代谢综合征的疗效。方法:选取2015年2月—2016年2月广东省第二中医院收治的代谢综合征患者80例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。治疗组患者给予参柴化浊汤联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组患者仅给予辛伐他汀治疗。2组患者均以14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率为92.50%(37/40),显著高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者胰岛素敏感指数、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于对照组,而总胆固醇、收缩压、体质量指数、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及纤维蛋白原水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论:参柴化浊汤与辛伐他汀联合治疗代谢综合征,疗效显著,可改善患者的血液流变学指标水平。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Shenchaihuazhuo decoction combined with simvastatin in treatment of metabolic syndrome. METHODS： 80 patients admitted into Guangdong the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb. 2015 to Feb. 2016 were selected to be divided into treatment group and control group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each. The treatment group were given Shenchaihuazhuo decoction combined with simvastatin,while the control group only received simvastatin. 14 d for a treatment course,with continuous treatment of 2 courses. RESULTS： The total effective rate of treatment group was 92. 50%（ 37 /40）,significantly higherthan that of control group [70. 00%（ 28 /40） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the insulin sensitivity index（ ISI）,high-density lipoprotein（ HDL-C） of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,while the total cholesterol（ TC）,systolic blood pressure,body mass index（ BMI）,fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein（ LDL-C） in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the plasmic viscosity,high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen levels in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no severe adverse drug reactions in two group of patients during treatment. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Shenchaihuazhuo decoction combined with simvastatin in treatment of metabolic syndrome is significant,which can improve the blood rheology of patients.
